Qualified personal development coach, successful head of one of the UK’s leading prep schools, with 10 years’ experience supporting schools in performance development and optimising outcomes. Experienced includes working with school leadership, educational trusts, charities and school groups
David Oxnam
: A successful career as business analyst for a leading oil company and bank, over 25 years consulting on setting up and developing new businesses. 7 years leadership of charity focusing on young people delivering research and insights into children’s health
Phillip Russell
: 18 years in consultancy delivering communications and marketing support. Specialist in media management and content development, brand identity and communications programmes
